After a successful Field Trial season training and handling Scorch (FC AFC Vista Make It Burn) to his FC/AFC, Patrick began working towards his goal of becoming a pro trainer.

Summer Camp 2022 kicked off in the White Mountains, AZ, and the 2023 FT season started in California City, CA. The first few trials included numerous wins and placements, including Oliver (RFC DC Vezeto's Alpine Redemption) winning the inaugural SCVC Desert Classic Regional Championship handled by Patrick Clark. Oliver also won 1st Place - OLGD for a 5 point major to make him a Dual Champion! Oliver is owned by Daniel Brooks and Jessica Mackey La Londe MD. 

In March 2023, Scorch was awarded the 2022 VCA Amateur Gun Dog of the Year! Scorch also ended 2022 ranked as the #2 AKC Gun Dog. Patrick also trained and handled Aspen (FC AFC Coppersage Aspen) to #8 AKC Gun Dog. Aspen is Owned/Bred by Kita Morris.

Pointing breed AKC Field Trials allow a dog to work in the field and be judged in a competitive setting covering a lot of open ground in a short time. Get your dog ready to Trial, or I can campaign your dog for you. Dogs in these competitions are working on their AKC Field (FC or AFC) or Dual (DC) Championships.

Get your dog ready for hunting season! This program is at least three months long and covers bird introduction, steady to wing, shot and fall and teaching your dog honor other dogs. Training will also prepare your dog for advanced AKC Hunt Test titles; SH and MH.
